Anybody in your firm with a seat, whether they have signed in yet or not. Somebody you invited on Monday counts from Monday, not from whenever they get around to accepting.

Do clients need a seat?

No. Clients get a secure link rather than an account, and they are never charged for or counted.

What happens if the card fails?

Nothing, for a while. A failed payment does not close your firm the same day: the screens keep working while the payment is retried, and only a cancelled subscription closes them.

What happens to our files if we stop paying?

They stay exactly where they are. The firm screens close, nothing is deleted, and everything comes back when the subscription is active again. You can also export the whole file at any time.

Can we change the number of people?

At any time, up or down. Billing follows the change rather than waiting for a renewal date.
